VIDEO: World's strongest man lifts BBC presenter over his head like he's nothing

You might think you're strong, but are you strong enough to lift a morning television host over your head?

Yeah, neither are we.

But this ripped as bloke from the UK certainly is.

Eddie Hall goes by the title of World's Strongest Man and he's the definition of being built like a brick s---house.

He won the World's Strongest Man comp earlier this year by pulling a bus and a plane and doing all kinds of crazy stuff.

The year before that he broke the record for the heaviest deadlift at Europe's Strongest Man contest, lifting a hefty 500kg.

So when he appeared on the UK's BBC Breakfast last week, the challenges they threw at him weren't all that tough in comparison.

For one, he was able to roll up a heavy-based frying pan like a burrito:

Then he grabbed presenter Dan Walker and lifted him clean over his head in an attempt to bench press him.

For context, Walker says he weighs something around the 90kg mark.

And Hall lifted him like this:

It's pretty impressive, even if you're not someone whose arms have become tired while putting their hair in a ponytail.

They say never to skip leg day, but maybe it's a good idea to pay triceps and biceps the same respect.
