Black Snow's Brooke Satchwell returns to screens for the brand new Stan Original series Dear Life, a story about hope, relationships and the preciousness of life.

Satchwell reunites with Kangaroo co-star and award-winning actress Deborah Mailman (Offspring, The Sapphires, Bran Nue Dae) in this must-see six-part drama that will be sure to tug at the heart strings.

In a story of love living on in unexpected ways, Lillian (Satchwell) struggles to come to terms with the death of her fiancé.

So she finds comfort in seeking out the recipients of his organs, triggering a tangled chain of connection.

The Stan Original Dear Life premieres New Year's Day, all episodes at once and only on Stan.

Reeling in the aftermath of her fiancée's death, she receives a letter from a man crushed by a motorbike, thanking her for his new heart.

Suddenly, Lillian feels better. And she wants more of that feeling. She wants to know more about the people that were able to live.

She meets Susan (Mailman), a psychologist who found her calling in the field of organ donation, who learns her role is more than a job.

Satchwell is joined by a celebrated line-up of Aussie and international talent including Eleanor Matsuura (The Walking Dead), Ryan Johnson (Doctor Doctor) and Ben Lawson (Firefly Lane).

Actress and comedian Marg Downey also join the six-part drama series.
