Love Island Australia Season 6 | Movie Night

Love Island's Movie Night. Need we say more?

There's nothing like you're most shocking secrets being revealed. That's exactly what happened when the 2024 Islanders watched unaired footage of their most unflattering moments – played out on the big screen.

The group began watching the suspiciously titled final film 'The Long Kiss Goodnight'.

And yep, it was exactly what they expected – a look at Sophie and Zane's trip to Hotel Amor which involved... well, a pretty steamy encounter.

Dylan fumed as he told the entire group that Zane had told him everything about that night – and his version of events did not match up with what Soph had told him.

Sophie said she had been honest – which Dylan clearly did not believe to be the case.

He then made an X-rated comment that completely blindsided the group...

Sophie argued it was Zane's idea to keep their night a secret, which he denied.

"Zane is being the snake and not owning up to his part in the situation," she said.

It was a devastating end to the evening for Sophie, who was immediately pulled into an emotional debrief with Mimi and Em.

Movie Night striked again!

The Block 2024 | Adrian Portelli's surprise move

The Block 2024 Auction was certainly full of surprises – and this one topped the list!

Billionaire Block bidder Adrian Portelli shocked everyone when he revealed he was in fact the "mystery buyer" that bought Kristian and Mimi's home... meaning he bought every house at the 2024 auction.

He became the first buyer in Block history to do so.

Portelli spent a total of $15.03 million on Sunday night, adding to the $16.65 million total he'd already spent on previous Block homes.

This means he's spent a grand total of $31,680,000 on Block properties.

But that wasn't all...

"All the contestants were playing the game, so I thought I'd play the game back," he revealed and there was a massive reason why.

"That was my last appearance on The Block and I thought I'd go out with a bang," he smiled.

"Thanks for having me, it's been fun."

The Block 2024 | A contestant flees site

During one Sunday episode of The Block 2024, contestant Kylie fled site barefoot after a fiery clash with host Scotty Cam.

Kylie and Brad received some negative feedback for their front yard and façade, which eventuated in her departure from site.

It all started with three words from Kylie, who after hearing the judges' feedback said to host Scott Cam: "OK, let's wrap it up".

Asking the host to 'wrap it up' didn't sit well, as he replied: "Kylie, I'm not going to wrap it up because this is part of the deal, unfortunately."

Later in the evening and as scores were being revealed, Kylie said to Brad: "There's people that don't even need money... I need to go home and make money. It's as simple as that. I'm not wasting my time here anymore. I'm not. We're not."

Scott revealed Courtney and Grant as the winners. While everyone celebrated, Kylie fled from site.

Brad and members of production raced to follow her in a car, worried about her safety.

They eventually found her, and she agreed to get back in the car with Brad.

It's there she said claimed was leaving for good.

In welcome return however, Kylie and Brad did come back for Auction Day.

They walked away with a whopping $650,000 profit after House 4 sold to Adrian Portelli for $2.6 million, a result that left them momentarily speechless.

The journey had undoubtedly been a rocky one, but Kylie and Brad revealed what they had learned in the process and said it was worth it in the end.

"I think we're definitely stronger after it. To walk away with something and it be worth it, 100 per cent," Brad said.
