The divorce is yet to be finalised, according to several US outlets.

The news of the pair’s split comes as the couple are facing mounting debts and financial trouble.

The Norris’ filed for a bankruptcy for their restaurant Swing Inn Café on September 25.

Their café had $US147,809.58 ($210,593) in assets but $US1,811,598.46 ($2,581,102.08) in liabilities, according to the outlet.

A bankruptcy filing allows the company to restructure its debts to stay in business.

Dean and Bridget bought the old school diner and BBQ joint in 2002. It has been open since 1927.

The Breaking Bad actor married Bridget, a former entertainment lawyer, in 2001.
