Flowers suddenly appear on Prince tribute mural
Read into this what you will.
An artist in Citrus Heights, California is amazed after the bush behind her living mural of Prince suddenly blossomed.
Christine Stein painted this mural of Prince after he died in 2016:

At the time, she didn’t know the bush flowered.
It had previously been behind the face of Bob Ross and had apparently never blossomed before.
But then, when spring set in over the Easter long weekend, something happened.
“All these flowers grew overnight,” Stein said on Twitter.

You could say it was a miracle, or you could say it was just an example of the reproductive nature of plants.
But this baby bloomed:

“Our Prince bush started flowering all of a sudden,” Stein said in an Instagram post.
“Now there are hundreds bees buzzing and a few birds living in the bush.”

As we learned from a yarn by KCRA3 last week, the miracle/function of nature happened after some mulch was mistakenly scattered by the bush.
Stein says the nutrients in the mulch must have given the bush what it needed to bloom.
But hey, even it was just a simple case of nature doing its thang, it certainly brought smiles to Pricne fans.
When Stein posted it to Twitter, it went off, clocking up more than 40,000 likes and eventually being compiled into a Twitter Moment.
Nice.
