Pest control guy finds massive huntsman and tiny demon babies, doesn't squeal like a madman
You may be cursing your employment as you roll into work on yet another bleak Monday morning, but your day at the office can hardly be as dreadful as Noel Parminter's.
Parminter earns his crust checking homes for termites and other creepy crawlies, which also means dealing with the eight-legged monsters the rest of society refuses to be in the same room with.
Based at Acacia Ridge, near Brisbane, Paraminter runs Auswise Pest Control and sees things considerably more terrifying than the filthy crisper in the staff fridge.
He posted a video of his typical day at the office on the Auswise Pest Control Facebook page on Friday, and it had gone viral before the start of the working week.
As of this morning, it had notched up more than 56,000 views.
Paraminter came across this scene while inspecting for termites in a client's roof.
He described as an "interesting find"; we'd call it evidence of dark forces at work.
"I was able to get in close and blew them a kiss," he wrote on Facebook, which we imagined was said in a menacing tone followed by the wink of a madman.
This is the kind of thing he would see on a day-to-day basis.
A massive bloody huntsman and hundreds of its demon offspring in a dark crawlspace makes everything you complain about at the office seem like a cakewalk.
You deal with a printer jam, he dices with death.
We'll take the printer thanks.
