Woman chases plane down runway after missing final boarding call
A passenger at a Bali airport who missed her final boarding call, has been caught on camera desperately chasing the plane down the tarmac.
The woman, identified by local media as Hana, was due to board Citilink flight QG193 at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, that was flying to Jakarta on Sunday morning.
“She had checked in at 6.27am and had been told that the boarding time was 6.50am,” an airport statement to local news agency Ditek News read.

But an airport spokesman confirmed that even after three calls, as well as a final boarding call, the woman failed to turn up at the boarding gate.
After the gate was already closed and when the plane was starting to take off, Hana forced herself through security at the gate in an apparent desperate bid to get on board.
Video footage posted on Twitter shows two airport staff chasing the petite woman across the tarmac, grabbing onto her.

Bali, like all other airports, has strict laws against trespassing in restricted areas of an airport, including the tarmac.
In the video, security take hold of the woman as she tries to fight them off before doing the whole dead weight baby thing and throwing herself to the ground in an apparent tantrum.
It is unclear if Hana was charged for trespassing, but a spokesman confirmed the airline arranged a seat for her on a later flight at 4.40pm the same day.
