Dr Chris Brown, Amy Gerard and Jack Charles confirmed as KIIS Sydney Breakfast hosts
ARN has finally confirmed Dr Chris Brown, Amy Gerard and Jack Charles as the new line-up for KIIS FM Sydney Breakfast.
After weeks of speculation, and nearly seven months after axing The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the new trio will officially launch on KIIS 1065 on Monday November 9.

“This is a big moment for ARN and the future of KIIS Sydney. We’ve brought together big names and fresh new talent to create the best content for radio, video, social and in real life experiences,” Michael Stephenson, Chief Executive Officer of ARN said.
“We have the biggest radio brand in the country, and we now have a team that is building something very special for listeners and creating big, new, integrated opportunities that brands will love.”
Who are the new KIIS FM hosts?
Dr Chris Brown’s name was thrown in that ring several times as rumours swirled over the past few months.
His media career has spanned across television and radio on programs including The Living Room, Dancing with the Stars, Bondi Vet, I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
“Waking up with the city I love and bringing a huge dose of real life, warmth and (hopefully) humour is truly a dream come true,” Brown said of his new gig.
“This show will be all about sharing our mornings, some laughs and maybe a few secrets together. I can’t wait. Plus, these hours are also a great way to beat the Bondi Road traffic so it’s a win-win.”

Amy Gerard joins KIIS Breakfast Sydney after winning audiences over as a regular fill-in host on KIIS Breakfast and host of KIIS Weekends.
“I’m genuinely pinching myself that I get to be part of this show. The chemistry between Chris, Jack and I already feels so natural, it’s fun, unpredictable and there’s a very good chance we’ll be completely unhinged before most people have had their first coffee,” Gerard added.
Jack Charles recently departed competitor Nova after 11 years and is “pumped” to be joining KIIS.
“Amy is an absolute gun, and her stories often leave me with my jaw on the floor. Chris and I have a history of bringing out the worst – or possibly best – in each other. I have a feeling Sydney’s in for a pretty fun ride!” Charles said of his co-hosts.
The trio will be joined by experienced broadcaster and producer Natalie Penfold as the show’s newsreader.

Who else was in the running for the job?
The announcement has ended months of speculation. In early September, Ash London officially announced the end of her The Ash London Show on New Zealand radio station The Edge and told listeners she was pursuing “a job opportunity” in Australia.
There was also speculation that Carrie Bickmore would have a spot on the new lineup.
KIIS recently announced it is parting ways with beloved radio duo Will McMahon and Woody Whitelaw after eight years.
The hosts of the Will & Woody Show revealed they will be leaving the network at the end of 2026, as ARN looks to take a “refreshed approach” to its lineup in 2027.

KIIS also lost Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, the network’s best performing and highest-paid duo, earlier this year after a heated on-air argument.
It kicked off when Sandilands criticised Henderson for discussing birth charts and astrological signs, which she described as a “mean and nasty” attack.
Henderson took time off after the exchange in February, then told the network she couldn’t continue to work with Sandilands.
He was suspended over “serious misconduct” and given 14 days to remedy the breach, during which time The Kyle and Jackie O Show was taken off-air.
It never returned to the airwaves, as Sandilands’ contract with ARN was torn up in March.
Henderson and Sandilands were on air for 27 years before their relationship spectacularly crumbled on air in February 2026. Nine
He filed a $100 million lawsuit against his former employer. ARN then reached a $12 million settlement with Sandilands in June.
Sandilands went on to launch his own subscription-based show,Kyle Sandilands Live, in August.
Henderson, who said she “did not quit or resign” from the network, filed her own $82.25 million suit against ARN. Her contract claim will head to court in October.
