David Schwimmer reveals 'surprising' text message he received from Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc for first time in months
David Schwimmer shared that he is still "close" with Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc revealing the hilarious text messages the two exchange.
Appearing on Good Morning America, Schwimmer, 58, confessed he recently received one "surprising" message from LeBlanc after not hearing from him for months.

"LeBlanc and I are pretty close, even though I live in New York and he's in L.A.," Schwimmer said.
"What's fun is we've got the kind of friendship where we may not talk for months, but out of nowhere, he'll send me a message with a clip from the show – which, it's always funny to relive something we shot, what, 25 years ago or more?" he continued.
"He sent me something a couple of days ago that totally surprised me. I genuinely forgot what we've shot, but it's a moment where he just rips my shirt off."

While Schwimmer appeared on Good Morning America to promote his new project Goosebumps: The Vanishing, talk show host Robin Roberts praised him for being willing to reflect on his time on Friends despite it airing 30 years ago.
Schwimmer revealed he had no qualms about reliving the past.
"To be honest with you, it's kind of the gift that keeps on giving," he said of Friends.
He added that decades later he is still stopped by fans who thank him for the positive impact the show has had on their lives.
"When I meet people on the street from another country and they say, 'I just have to say, I learned English watching your show.'
"Or a father stops me and says, 'My kid was really, really ill and the one thing that kept them going in the hospital was just watching Friends,' you feel really grateful and blessed to have done something that people find fun," Schwimmer said.

Schwimmer also revealed the one word fans most often yell out at him in the streets.
You guessed it, it's 'PIVOT'. Schwimmer joked that no matter how hard he tries he cannot escape reminders of the infamous Friends scene where his character Ross struggles to move a couch into his new apartment.
