In fact, at the tender age of 16, Katy was just like the rest of us…spotty, stroppy and battling the love-hate relationship with her parents.

In a never-seen-before clip, Katy is seen complaining about her “pizza face” before bursting into tears about missing her parents…who she hates!

Katy has previously spoken about how tough it was leaving home as a teen to live in LA and chase her dream to become a pop star.

Now we have the proof that it was a tough ride for the star.
