Anger Management star Charlie, 48, was filmed by fan Jayden Blair outside US fast food chain Taco Bell…who put it up on YouTube with the caption "So I tried to get Taco Bell the other night...".

If we didn't already realise from his stumbling and slurring, Charlie immediately apologises for being "so f---ing hammered." Well, at least he's polite!
The actor also pulls his ripped t-shirt down to show off his chest tattoos…wonder if it ruined Jayden's appetite for tacos?
