Totes awks! Rachel McAdams cringes watching <i>Notebook</i> audition tape for the first time

Hey girl, you look like you need a hug from Ryan Gosling. Yes, we mean you, Rachel McAdams.

The 35-year-old was clearly mortified at having to watch her cringe-tastic Notebook audition tape on the US Today Show. The over-emotional tape has been a viral sensation for a while now, but Rachel has never seen it... until now!

Host Matt Lauer surprised Rachel with the clip. Watch above to see her shrink into her chair and peep through her hands… note the passive-aggressive tone when she says: "You have it? Oh you have everything here". Squirm-fest!

It's been 10 years since Rachel's break-out romantic flick, which propelled both her and Ryan Gosling to stardom (and an off-screen relationship from 2005 to 2007). The Canadian actress will next be seen in thriller A Most Wanted Man with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman.
