The Studio 10 host caught her co-hosts off-guard when she debuted her pastel-pink hair live on this morning's show.

The 44-year-old revealed she got permission to go pink from Studio 10's executive producer Rob McKnight... but kept it secret from Nine newsreader hubby Peter Overton. Maybe he'll pay it back with a baby-blue rinse, perhaps?
Their daughters Allegra, seven, and Giselle, five, have definitely got a "cool mum".
