"Feeling pretty proud and inspired to be gracing my first @womenshealthaus cover, particularly 8 months after having my son," the actress shared on Instagram on Sunday. "Health & wellness is such a huge part of my life - love being able to share that with you."

James marked three years in remission from Hodgkin's lymphoma in February. She was diagnosed at the age of 23 and delayed her cancer treatment to undergo fertility procedures and to freeze her eggs. She welcomed her first child, Saynt, in December.

The new mum explained how she's been keeping fit since giving birth.

"I used to run pretty consistently, but now I do a lot of weights and running and yoga," she told the magazine. "I guess in a typical week, I’d usually do Barry’s [Bootcamp] three or four times, and then I would run long distance the other days. I like to average about eight or 10km. If I can, I’ll squeeze a yoga session in, but we just take it day by day."

She's also been doing intermittent fasting since giving birth.

"I don’t eat until about 10:30am, 11 o’clock, but I have a good-size meal then, and another snack or meal, then dinner," she explained. "I don’t snack a whole lot, but, if I do, it’ll be almonds or dark chocolate. I do have a lot of coffee."

The actress revealed she has been dairy-free for five years and that she eats very little meat, apart from fish.
