Sofía Vergara debuts new boyfriend on Instagram after having mystery knee surgery
Sofía Vergara has revealed she is on the mend after having knee surgery – and her new boyfriend is looking after her.
The Modern Family star, 51, took to Instagram to thank her orthopaedic surgeon boyfriend for his help after undergoing an operation.
In the photo, her new beau Dr. Justin Saliman was seen smiling at the camera while dressed in his surgical scrubs as the actress lay in bed with her bandages on.

"If you ever get major knee surgery make sure u get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night," she captioned the photo on Instagram Stories.
"Luv you," she added, before tagging Saliman's Instagram. It marked the first time Vergara has posted Saliman onto social media, confirming their relationship.
Vergara did not reveal further details behind the reason for her knee surgery.
In a separate post, the actress showed herself lying down on the couch with her leg heavily bandaged while cuddling her dog.
She tagged her fellow America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel, who appeared to have sent Vergara a pogo stick as a joke recovery present.

Vergara debuted her relationship with Saliman in October 2023.
It came after she announced her shock split from husband Joe Manganiello, 47, in July 2023 after seven years of marriage.
In early 2024, Vergara shared the reason behind their divorce, explaining that Manganiello wanted children while she did not want any more.

"My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn't want to be an old mum," the Colombian-born actress told Spanish newspaper El Pais.
Saliman, meanwhile, was previously married to actress Bree Turner for a decade, before their split in 2018.
The surgeon is the founter of Ceterix Orthopaedics and specialises in advanced knee and joint treatments.
