Aussie snowboarder Scotty James and F1 heiress Chloe Stroll announce first pregnancy

Congratulations are in order for champion Aussie snowboarder Scotty James and his wife Formula One heiress Chloe Stroll as they prepare to welcome their first child together.

The pair dropped the news on their Instagram accounts, with both of them posting a gallery of shots from a pregnancy photoshoot and captioning the carousel, "This is not a Dad joke…"

Included in the carousel was a video of Stroll, dancing with her protruding pregnancy belly, while James, 29, chanted "bump" continuously in the background.

Stroll, 29, finally broke out in laughter, admitting "this is the strangest thing I think I've ever done".

In the comments of James' post, Stroll said, "Love you baby daddy ❤️", to which James replied, "Here we go ❤️".

He also left a comment on Stroll's own post, reading, "Counting the days ❤️".

Stroll, who is a singer-songwriter by profession, is also the daughter of F1 billionaire boss Lawrence Stroll, and sister to Formula One driver Lance.

The pair wed last May, tying the knot in Venice, Italy at a star-studded wedding.

Among the star-studded crowd attending the ceremony were Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones; Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York; and even Australia's own Sunrise weatherman Sam Mac, who is dating Stroll's sister Rebecca James.

James is a two-time Olympic medalist and met Stroll in 2019 after Chloe's brother, F1 driver Lance, set them up and they met in New York.

The duo got engaged two years later, in late 2021, in Switzerland before the wedding in 2023.
