Snezana Wood (née Markoski) was introduced to the love of her life on The Bachelor Australia Season 3.
Since then, Snezana and Sam Wood have welcomed two new babies (Willow and Charlie, as well as her daughter Eve from a previous marriage), married and built a life together in Melbourne.
