Sex Education star Connor Swindells ties the knot with on-screen dad as officiant
Having a co-star officiate your wedding seems to be a new trend in the celebrity world!
First we saw Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson officiate his co-star Sarah Hyland's wedding, and now the cast of Sex Education are following suit.
Connor Swindells, who plays Adam Groff in the series, recently tied the knot with Peaky Blinders actress Amber Anderson, and his on-screen dad was their to officiate.

The couple confirmed to British Vogue that actor Alistair Petrie would be officiating the ceremony.
In photos shared in a joint Instagram post, Petrie is seen standing behind Swindells as a proud father figure.
In another image, he is seen wearing a kilt standing at the alter with the happy couple.
And in an image shared to his own Instagram story, Petrie was spotted helping Swindells prepare for the big day by tying his tie.
Swindells and Anderson first met on the set of the 2020 film Emma, but it wasn't until a little later that they began to fall in love.
They'd kept in touch as friends after filming wrapped, but when Covid hit, the couple took their relationship to the next level.
"We ended up together during the first lockdown. We were both living alone and relatively near each other, so we decided to bubble together," Anderson told British Vogue.
"We got to really support each other through that. Lockdown meant we had time with each other that we wouldn't have gotten if we'd both been away filming.

"Our official first date was literally about three months into our relationship when everything opened up again. I feel like we did everything backwards in a strange sort of way."
Swindells later got down on one knee during a group trip to Botswana, after having successfully thrown Anderson off the scent.
"I was away filming in Italy a few months before we left when the realisation hit me that this trip was going to be the moment," he told British Vogue.
