Scarlett Johansson says she wouldn't have been interested in husband Colin Jost in high school based on his hilarious yearbook photo

Scarlett Johansson has admitted that there's "no way" she would have dated husband Colin Jost as a teenager in high school.

On Tuesday's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the Black Widow actress, 37, was shown an old photo of the Saturday Night Live comedian, 39, as a student back in 1997. Watch the video above!

"Would high school ScarJo be into high school Colin?" Drew Barrymore asked Johansson.

"Um, I don't think so. No," Johansson quickly replied, observing the photo of her husband and his "mushroom" haircut.

"Firstly, my brother had that same haircut," she added. "I just can't. There's no way. I mean, who decided on that cut as a stylish thing? Like what hairdresser was like I'll try this."

Johansson and Jost first met in 2006 when she starred on Saturday Night Live, but their romance didn't spark until she came back to host in 2017. The couple got engaged in May 2019 and were married in October 2020 in an intimate ceremony at the actress's home in Palisades, New York.

Last year, they welcomed their first child together, a son named Cosmo. Johansson is also mum to daughter Rose, six, from her previous marriage to Frenchman Romain Dauriac.

"Ok ok we had a baby. His name is Cosmo. We love him very much," Jost announced at the time. "Privacy would be greatly appreciated."

As for her high school sweetheart, the Lucy star dated singer Jack Antonoff while attending Professional Children's School in New York City. They even went to prom together. Jost attended Regis High School — another school in NYC.
