Rob Kardashian reportedly battling addictions to weed, cough medicine, heavy drugs and strong prescription painkillers

It looks like things are going from bad to worse for Rob Kardashian, with a shocking new report claiming he's been "self-medicating with heavy drugs and strong prescription painkillers."

A source close to Rob adds that the 27-year-old has become addicted to "smoking weed and Sizzurp", which is a dangerous combination of prescription-strength cough syrup and sugary soda.

The source also told In Touch Weekly that before Rob's frantic flee from sister Kim's Italian wedding, he spent time at his LA condo "doing heavy drugs."

"He'd just lie around his place smoking weed, doing drugs, watching movies and eating," they told the mag. "He said he 'needed' the pills."

Along with the heavy drugs, Rob's been dabbling in painkillers… such as "Norco and Percocet, as well as the anti-anxiety drug Xanax."

Although there have been mixed reports surrounding Rob's absence from Kimye's nuptials, the source says the reason he left was because of his weight gain.

"He is so depressed and needs help," they added.
