Rebel Wilson kicks stunt trainer in his crotch while prepping for Pitch Perfect 3

Rebel Wilson is on the set of Pitch Perfect 3 and she means business.

One unlucky stunt trainer found out the painful way while trying to help the 36-year-old actress master her moves. Rebel posted the behind-the-scenes moment on Instagram for all of her 3.9 million followers to laugh at.

"Twelve hours later..." Rebel says at the beginning of the mini-clip, suggesting that she'd been working on one particular kick for that long.

Then she raises her right leg and connects her foot with the poor trainer's crotch. As he screams in pain, Rebel giggles at his misfortune.

"Sorry Niko #PitchPerfect3 #StuntTraining," she captioned the post.

Rebel appears to be quite the bad ass on the Pitch Perfect 3 set. Just one hour before sharing her kick video, she shared a pic of herself standing over another stunt trainer who was writhing in pain while Niko looked on from a distance.

Little did he know he'd be next.

Clearly Rebel has mastered this stunt thing.
