Tom Cruise presented an award at the BAFTAs yesterday, but you could be forgiven for missing it.

After all, he looked unrecognisable to the Tom we knew last year in Mission Impossible - Rogue Nation, let alone the fresh-faced Jerry Maguire of the '90s.

In fact, Twitter was rife with comments about the 53-year-old's changing appearance, with fans calling out how "frozen" and "puffy" his face looks.
