"I have a really loud whistle when I breathe through my nose," the actress and model shared.

Jackson explained the noise is due to a perforated septum, and she showed the small hole in her septum.

She went on to explain that this is a different issue from a deviated septum.

"That is from what you think it's from," Jackson noted. "Don't do drugs, kids."

Despite the awful issue, she did share a lighter side to it, and revealed that she can actually thread a spaghetti noodle through the hole.

Speaking about the issue with her septum so candidly came a month after she spoke about her journey to sobriety at the 35th annual Friendly House Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles on Oct. 11.

"I didn't just get my life back. I got a better one," she said of getting sober.

"I say it's funny, I feel like getting sober was kind of like getting into a car accident because everything I shoved in the back seat moved forward on impact and today I'm learning to navigate life on life's terms."

Paris, who is the daughter of late music legend Michael Jackson, marked five years of sobriety in January.
