Nicole Kidman's decision to move mum into home triggers tensions with Keith

New reports out today claim there's tensions between Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban over plans to move her mum into their US home in Nashville.

A source has revealed that Nicole, 47, is worried about her mum Janelle, following the shock death of the actress' father Antony in September.

And she wants Janelle to move in with her, Keith and their two children on a permanent basis.

"Nic really wants to be with her and take care of her," says the source. "With the loss of her dad, it's really hit home to Nice that life is so fragile.

"And she wants to spend every moment with her mum. They've got plenty of room at their house in Nashville and she would love nothing more than her to have grandma close at hand."

The source adds that while Keith, 47, has a great relationship with his mum-in-law, he also is scared that she will change the dynamic of his marriage with Nicole.

It's revealed he already struggles to get any alone time with Nicole due to their intense work schedule and their young daughters, Sunday Rose, six, and Faith, three.

"That's why Keith isn't keen on Janelle moving in permanently," says the source. "When he's home, he likes to kick back and relax. He doesn't want to worry about a permanent house guest.

"He knows they could both be looking at him disapprovingly if he wants to have a night out with buddies. Janelle is very old-school and has impeccable manners."
