The four tattoo tributes Keith Urban got in honour of Nicole Kidman before their shock split
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are going their separate ways after 19 years of marriage.
Though the pair's marriage is over, some things remain – including the various tattoo tributes the rocker got during their two decades together.
The Blue Ain't Your Color hitmaker, 57, certainly wore his heart on his sleeve – or his skin, to be more precise – during the relationship, getting at least four tattoos in honour of his Hollywood star ex, 58.

'Nicole'
One of the biggest and most visible of Urban's tattoo tributes to Kidman is simply 'Nicole' plastered over his bicep.
Other inkings surround her name, which appears to be on a scroll-like design and quite emboldened.
Urban often shows it off, as his signature style is a T-shirt.

'MARY'
Some fans may not know Mary is Kidman's middle name.
The rocker got the name inked on the knuckles of his right hand in the years they spent together.
Kidman and Urban tied the knot in Sydney's Manly in 2006 and were married for a total of 19 years.

'Babygirl'
Kidman confirmed this tattoo during an interview and stunning fashion photoshoot with W Magazine.
It has deep meaning for the pair, as not only did she star in a film called Babygirl, but it's what Urban used to call her as an affectionate nickname throughout the duration of their relationship.

"He actually has babygirl tattooed on the back of his neck,' Kidman said.
"Keith's not allowed to call anyone else Babygirl."

In 2021, he used the nickname for his then-wife during a sweet birthday tribute.
"Happy happy birthday babygirl !!!!!!❤️🎊🎉😻👄" he wrote at the time.
'NMK'

This one is a little awkward, you could say.
Urban and an ex reportedly got matching Latin ''amor vincit omnia'' tattoos, which means "love conquers all".
Urban's was on his wrist, and he had it covered up with some other artwork, which now reportedly incorporates Kidman's initials, NMK.
People confirmed the sad news Kidman and Urban had separated after 19 years of marriage last month, with a source telling the publication that Kidman "didn't want this" and had been "fighting to save the marriage."

TMZ broke the news of the split, with sources claiming the actress and musician had been living apart since the start of the northern hemisphere summer.
The day after the news made headlines, the Babygirl star officially filed for divorce.
The papers, which have been obtained by several publications, cite the reason for their split as "irreconcilable differences".
