It's hard to keep up with all the TikTok trends and challenges, but when Miley Cyrus gets involved you know it's one to pay attention to.

Last week, users started posting videos with the caption "If Miley Cyrus comments on this video, I'll do x". Of course, as soon as the 'Malibu' singer found out, she logged onto TikTok and started replying.

One woman literally allowed Cyrus to name her child. She posted a video saying: "Letting Miley Cyrus pick my daughter's name. She's due Valentine's Day." Cyrus replied, telling the woman to name her child California –– and she agreed.

Miley started leaning into the chaotic energy of it all, giving fans some wild demands that almost all of them promised to do.

One girl wrote: "If Miley comments, I'll dye my hair whatever colour she wants." Cyrus replied: "SHAVE IT."

Another said: "If Miley Cyrus comments I'll pierce my nipple, nose, and dye my hair half black." When Cyrus replied "I NEED TO SEE", he sent a photo confirming he'd done it.

Miley's chaotic energy is really coming out strong in these comments.  TikTok

One video showed a couple embracing, with the caption: "If Miley Cyrus comments, we will get married." Cyrus replied: "Hope it goes better for you two than it did for me. Congrats."

At one point she even asked a fan on a date. The girl posted a TikTok video saying that if Cyrus commented, she'd get a tattoo of whatever she said. Cyrus commented: "How about the time and place of our first date?"

She told one fan to "f--k someone in their parents bed", another to wear a short skirt to spite his homophobic father, and another to tell their crush they liked them.

Of course, when anything starts trending on social media, brands have to get involved. E! News posted an Instagram saying that if Miley commented, they'd change their bio to whatever she said. She told them to change it to "We're sorry for all the s--t we said about Miley Cyrus".
