Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher bought their wedding bands on Etsy for $250

They've both got millions in their bank accounts, but Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher thought they'd save some bucks when it came to choosing their wedding bands.

In a new interview on Conan, the 32-year-old Bad Moms actress dropped the revelation that she and her hubby resorted to online marketplace Etsy to buy their gold bands – and they spent just US$190 (AUD$250) all up! Yes, Mila bought her band for US$90 (AUD$120), while Ashton's cost $10 more.

"My husband and I got married…and he got me a beautiful engagement ring. Like, stunning, stunning, stunning," Mila explained. "But for our wedding bands, for when we got married, I decided just to get them off Etsy."

Mila said she wanted "the thinnest possible platinum band" – and hey, if you can find it for cheap that's all the better.

Host Conan O'Brien complimented the former That '70s Show star for being famously "frugal", to which she quipped back: "That's a nice way of saying 'cheap'."

But let's put this in perspective: Ashton, 38, spent a reported $250k on Mila's five-carat solitaire diamond ring when they got engaged in 2014 after two years of dating.

The pair wed in July 2015, following the birth of their daughter Wyatt Isabelle in October 2014.

It's about to be a party of four in their household, with Mila currently expecting baby number two.
