Mick Jagger shares update after heart valve replacement surgery

Mick Jagger is up and about after undergoing heart valve replacement surgery.

On Thursday, the 75-year-old Rolling Stones frontman shared his first photo since the procedure.

"A walk in the park!" he captioned the photo on Instagram, which showed him walking around outdoors.

Messages of support soon came flooding in via comments from musician Lenny Kravitz, model Naomi Campbell, Jagger's children Georgia May Jagger and Lucas Jagger and more.

"Yeah man," commented Kravitz, while Georgia wrote, "Love you Dada."

On Friday April 5, Mick tweeted his fans with a health update telling them, "Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I'm feeling much better now and on the mend -- and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job."

On the same day, his team released a statement which said he had "successfully undergone treatment" and that he is "doing very well and is expected to make a full recovery."

Mick was about to embark on a sell-out concert tour of the United States when a routine check-up revealed he needed to have a valve in his heart replaced.

The No Filter tour had been scheduled to run from April 20 until June 29.

Mick has eight children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

With actress Marsha Hunt, 72, Mick has a daughter, Karis Jagger, 48. He has a second daughter, 47-year-old Jade Jagger with his ex-wife Bianca Jagger, 73.

Karis and Jade have five children between then: Mazie, Zack, Amba, Ray and Assisi. Assisi has a child, Ezra -- Mick's great-grandson.

He has four children with 62-year-old model and actress Jerry Hall: Elizabeth Jagger, 35, James Jagger, 33, Georgia May Jagger, 27, and Gabriel Jagger, 21.

Mick and Jerry's relationship ended after his affair with Brazillian model, Luciana Gimenez -- resulting in the birth of Mick's seventh child, 19-year-old Lucas Jagger.

Tragically, Mick's long-term girlfriend L'Wren Scott died in 2014.

Mick's eighth child is Deverauz Jagger, 2, with his current partner, ballerina Melanie Hamrick, 32.
