'Bachelor in Paradise' star Megan Marx reveals latest cosmetic surgery

Following Bachelor in Paradise, Megan Marx has said she underwent plastic surgery.

Addressing swirling rumours around her changing appearance, the 29-year-old reality star posted a pic with her boyfriend Jake Ellis announcing that she'd undergone rhinoplasty and had a lip lift in the last few months.

Writing candidly, Marx opened up about her procedures.

"'Why do you look different?' A question that's popped up a lot on my socials over the last two months. After a lot of consideration (and excitement), I had rhinoplasty and a lip lift with @drzacharia," she wrote.

"I'm preparing a blog to detail my whole experience which will go live next week - so fire away with any specific questions you might have that I can answer! Jake was amazing through the whole experience."

Believe it or not, but this isn't the first time that the blonde beauty has talked about having cosmetic surgery as she had previously revealed she spent $47,000 on various procedures.

"It is a lot of cash- I guess you have to decide what is and isn’t worth it, she said at the time.

In response to fan praise for her honesty, Marx replied, "So many media personalities either deny or ignore questions. It's 2018- let's be honest!"

Showing his support, the 31-year-old Gold Coaster couldn't help but get in on the action, responding to a fan who said he was a lucky man by writing, "I most definitely am!"
