Jenner, 29, already shares two children, daughter Stormi, eight, and son Aire, four, with her ex, rapper Travis Scott.
However, rumours have been swirling that Jenner and her partner of three years, Chalamet, 30, are considering having a child together.
“I think that I’m so used to people creating their own narrative that I actually have to just laugh about it and I really don’t care,” Jenner told friends Victoria Villarroel and Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou on the Better Half podcast.
“I just assume people will figure it out eventually, which is what they always do.

“People think I’m pregnant right now, and I’m just like ‘Well, it is what it is’ I can’t comment on everything, so I just laugh about it and join in on the party.”
On the same podcast, she also spoke about wanting “bigger and more out there,” breast implants.
“I do want them bigger, I say it every day,” Jenner said. “I want my t--s to walk in before I do.”
Karanikolaou chimed in, adding: “[Kylie] has, like, an obsession with big t--s.”

The trios podcast episode comes after Kylie discussed potentially having another baby on her sister, Khloe Kardashian’s new reality show The Girls.
In the episode, she tells family friends Yris Palmer and Malika Haqq that she couldn’t see herself carrying another baby at this point in her life.
“The thought of carrying another baby right now feels insane,” she said.
Jenner also said that surrogacy was off the table.
“I don’t want to say no, but I’m 99.9 per cent sure that I just couldn’t do that. Plus I have big, healthy babies, there’s no reason for me to really have a surrogate.”

Jenner fell pregnant with her first child, Stormi, at 19 years old. By 24, she had her second child, Aire.
The influencer recently opened up about having children earlier in life, adding that she felt like she had missed out on her youth by having children so young.
“I made a promise to myself at 25 that I was not going to have any more children – right now – and really just enjoy the last half of my 20s,” she told US magazine Who What Wear.
“The first [half] was like, ‘You’re pregnant,’ and then it’s the year of recovery, and you know, my mental state, my postpartum depression, and all of those things…It felt like I lost some of those young years of my life,”
Jenner and Chalamet were first spotted together at paris Fashion Week in April 2023, following her split from Scott in January that same year.
Since then, they have been seen together at several events, with Jenner. The pair were pictured together at Golden Globes on January 7, 2024, kissing at the table as they sat side by side.

“Thank you to my partner of three years,” he began.
“Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Sat in the audience, Jenner could be seen mouthing “I love you” in response to the sweet shoutout.
