Why Kim Kardashian believes youngest son, Psalm, is her late father reincarnated

Kim Kardashian is convinced her youngest child, Psalm West, is her late father reincarnated.

In a new interview with E! News, the 39-year-old reality star said that a series of events have led her to the conclusion that it's her dad Robert Kardashian Sr's soul inside the eight-month-old's body. 

The first inkling Kim got was when her nanny took Psalm to a baby shower and a fellow guest insisted that the little boy was not as he appeared. 

"She brings him to a baby shower, and a woman comes up to her and said, 'Is this your son?' And she said, 'No, no, no, I'm just watching him,'" Kim shared in the interview. "And she said, 'Well, I just have to tell you, please tell their mom this is a family member of hers reincarnated.'" 

Kim is not the only one in the family who thinks Psalm is the late lawyer, who became a household name in 1995 after he helped acquit O.J. Simpson for the murder of his wife Nicole Brown and her friend, Ron Goldman. Robert later died in 2003 after a short battle with esophageal cancer.

"So my whole family, all the time, thinks it's my dad and is just so emotional and close to him," Kim said, adding that Psalm is left-handed, just like her dad. 

Fans of the family's show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, will also recall a time last year when a psychic told Kim she would have another son. At the time, the reality star was secretly expecting her fourth child via surrogate.

"On our show, we showed that we were in Bali, and a woman — a blind medium — came up to me and said that I was gonna have another son and that it was gonna be my father reincarnated. She had no idea… No one on my crew knew that I had a surrogate that was pregnant with a boy."

Before getting one clue after another, Kim didn't think anything of reincarnation, but now that's all changed. 

"So, all these things happen. I don't even know if I believe in reincarnation, but I do now," she said. "I want to believe it!"
