"Let's all send him positive energy and healing thoughts. He's a good human."

Cranston and Hart appeared together in The Upside, a remake of the critically-acclaimed French film The Untouchables.

Police told TMZ that Hart suffered "major back injuries" following a car crash in Malibu Hills, California, shortly after 1.00am on Sunday.

Hart was a passenger in his beloved muscle car — nicknamed "Menace" — when it crashed through a wooden fence.

The Jumanji actor and vehicle's driver were said to have been taken to hospital for treatment, while a third female passenger walked away from the accident unscathed.

Cranston is just the latest of several celebrities to share their support for Hart, with Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Terry Crews tweeting "Get well soon, brother".
