Kelly Osbourne looks completely different in Instagram photo after dramatic weight loss

Kelly Osbourne has undergone a major physical transformation of late!

Osbourne, who recently dropped around 40kg after electing to undergo gastric sleeve surgery, shared a photo of her new look.

"Suns out buns out," wrote the reality TV star, 36, alongside a photo of her with her lavender tinted hair tied into miniature buns.

Osbourne's fans were in disbelief over her new look in the snap.

"You were beautiful before and your [sic] beautiful now," one user commented.

Another wrote, "You are totally another person."

Last year, Osbourne opened up about her decision to get the procedure in an interview on the Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn.

"I don't give a f--k what anyone has to say. I did it, I'm proud of it, they can suck s--t," she said. "I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never, ever, ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done."

She added, "I want to be very clear about this kind of surgery I had. I didn't have a gastric bypass.

"The kind of surgery I had … if you don't work out and you don't eat right, you gain weight. All it does is move you in the right direction."
