Kelly Osbourne has no regrets over undergoing gastric sleeve surgery two years ago: 'Best thing I have ever done'

Kelly Osbourne underwent gastric sleeve weight loss surgery two years ago — and she's proud of it.

During an interview on the Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn podcast, the 35-year-old Osbourne said that she feels no shame in going under the knife as it was the best thing she ever did.

"I don't give a f--k what anyone has to say. I did it, I'm proud of it, they can suck s--t," she said. "I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never, ever, ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done."

The reality TV star first made headlines earlier this month after she appeared slimmer in an Instagram photo. But Osbourne said it wasn't a big reveal because she never hid the fact she had surgery — people just started to notice her transformation after she underwent another procedure to correct a temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), a condition where the jaw doesn't correctly sit in its joint socket.

"I had really bad TMJ," she revealed. "One of the things they did to stop it was they gave me injections in my jaw. It kinda made my jaw look skinnier. That's when people started to notice that I had really lost weight because it changed the shape of everything. I found out it's called buckle fat. It changed everything on my face! How the f--k did I not know about this sooner?"

Procedures aside, Osbourne said she still worked out and followed a healthy diet over the two years to really maximise the results. In total, she lost an impressive 38kg. 

"If you don't work out and you don't eat right, you gain weight. All it does is move you in the right direction. So, anyone who's thinking of doing something like this, really think about that," she advised.
