He thanked medical staff and police for their help.
Earlier, Allen shared what happened on Instagram.
“Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two men who threatened to kill me over my watch and would have!” he shared.
“God said no tonight. My life for a watch.”
In a video, Allen asked someone nearby to call the police before describing how he was ambushed by two masked men.
“These two dudes hit me in the head and pointed a gun at me with a knife, and then took off,” he said.
“They had masks on and took my watch. They took my watch. Dammit.”

In the comments, he said he was in hospital and had suffered a concussion.
Allen also posted what he said was security footage from the incident.
It showed him loading groceries into his car before a violent confrontation by two people in masks.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed it was investigating an alleged robbery at the same time and place, though it did not name Allen directly.
“During the incident, one of the suspects struck the victim in the face with the handgun, causing a laceration to his forehead. The suspects took the victim’s watch and fled the location in an unknown vehicle,” the police said in a statement.
