We're not sure what Kanye West's new album strategy is, but his latest rant is a real doozie.

The singer took to Twitter overnight to complain to his 18.8 million followers that he's $74 million in debt. But he didn't stop there.

The rapper, who released his new album The Life of Pablo exclusively on Tidal today, also asked Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg to invest US$1 billion into his career.

His reasoning? Well, he thinks he's the greatest living artist of all time. Right.

The 38-year-old, who previewed songs from the new album on Saturday Night Live shortly after the rant, didn't give any reason for his seemingly crippling debt in the series of tweets.

But his previously admitted US$16 million loss in the Yeezy clothing brand could have something to do with it.

Oh, and then there's the US$20 million Bel Air mansion that he's still building with Kim.
