Justin Bieber has a new tattoo on his face

New year, new tattoo.

Artist to the stars Jonathan Valena (aka JonBoy) has shared the first snap of Justin Bieber's newest tattoo -- on the singer's face.

On New Year's Day, JonBoy shared a close-up of Bieber's ink on Instagram. While fans knew the 24-year-old and his wife Hailey Baldwin recently got matching tattoos, this is the first proper glimpse.

In tiny cursive writing reads the word 'grace' above Bieber's left eyebrow -- likely a nod to his Christian faith.

Fellow tattoo artist Keith McCurdy (aka Bang Bang), who owns Bang Bang Tattoo in New York City, where Bieber got his tat, spoke about the process last year.

In November, he told Page Six TV that the couples' tattoo was "nontraditional."

"They each got a tattoo," he said. "Justin's tattoo is on his face, and I haven't seen any photos of it so he's doing a good job of laying low."

The ink professional described it as "really thin and delicate" and said it was located near one of the pop star's eyebrows.

Bieber has over 60 tattoos, including a tiny cross near his left eye. As of April, his wife had 19 tattoos.

"I'm running out of spots to put little ones," Baldwin told The Cut, revealing that she plans to get the names of her children on her body when the time comes.

"Eventually when I have kids one day, I want to get my kids' names and then I want to have the spots for that."
