Hailey Bieber addresses speculation she's expecting a baby with Justin Bieber

Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) is setting the record straight.

The model, 24, responded to speculation she was expecting a baby after Justin Bieber hinted they were parents.

"Mom and dad," the 'Yummy' singer, 27, captioned a black-and-white photo via Instagram of the couple yesterday. The snap led many fans to believe they may be expecting a baby.

One user commented, "Wait what? MOM AND DAD?!" Another wrote, "Baby on the way?"

"I think u should maybe change this caption to *Dog Mom and Dad* before anyone gets it twisted," she responded, with a laughing emoji.

Justin previously opened up about their intention to become parents when the time is right. "I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman. And I think she just is not ready yet, and I think that's OK," Justin said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

"I'm going to have as many as Hailey is willing to push out. I'd love to have myself a little tribe," he explained. "It's her body and whatever she wants to do."

Hailey and Justin got married in September 2018 in a New York courthouse. They hosted a larger ceremony in the Bahamas with celebrity friends in 2019.

"The first year of marriage was really tough because there was a lot going back to the trauma. There was just a lack of trust," Justin told GQ in April.

Meanwhile, Hailey gave some insight into their romance in an interview for Elle's April issue.

She admitted they often "have little fights and stuff that we have to work through sometimes it really doesn't ever feel like work, because I love him so much. I see forever with him."
