John Travolta shares video of his kids celebrating first Christmas since Kelly Preston's death

John Travolta has shared a rare glimpse into his private life with an Instagram upload on Christmas Day.

The 66-year-old actor posted a sweet video from his home's living room, featuring his daughter Ella Bleu, 20, and son Benjamin, 10, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

This is their first Christmas celebration without their mother Kelly Preston, who died earlier this year.

In the clip, Travolta can be heard saying "Say merry Christmas, Ella," who waves at the camera. He then pans over to his son who wishes viewers a Merry Christmas.

"Merry Christmas from the Travolta family!" the actor wrote alongside the clip.

The last time Travolta posted to Instagram was in November, for Thanksgiving, when he thanked his fans for their support after his wife's death.

"I want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you for supporting me in such an incredible way this year," he said, appearing emotional as he addressed people in his video. "Happy Thanksgiving and always love."

Preston died in July 2020 at the age of 57, from breast cancer. The couple got married in 1991 and had three children together. Along with Ella and Benjamin, the couple shared another son, Jett, who died after a seizure in 2009.
