Jennifer Aniston's emergency contact during plane crisis: 'I was like, who do I text?'

Jennifer Aniston recently learned which celebrity she can rely on when in an emergency.

For her 50th birthday a few months ago, the Friends star took a plane trip to Mexico with some girlfriends, including Courteney Cox and Jimmy Kimmel's wife, Molly McNearney. Things took a scary turn, however, when the plane had to make an emergency landing due to a feared missing tire.

While on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, Aniston revealed that the talk show host was the first person she spoke to during the landing.

"Everybody on the plane started panicking," Aniston told DeGeneres, 61. "Everyone who I look to for comfort has got tears streaming down their faces. They're texting their children, their partners, their loved ones. And I was like, 'Who do I text?' And then 'Bing!' You were the first person that was like, 'Are you OK?' And I was like, 'Ellen! I do have someone who loves me!'"

DeGeneres recalled how she "heard from someone Jen's plane is in trouble" and that she texted her friend straight away.

Aniston first opened up about the plane scare while on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last week, and revealed that Kimmel sent an inappropriate (but hilarious) response to his wife's distressed message while on the plane.

McNearney texted Kimmel telling him she loved him and their children and received this message back.

"I just signed up for Tinder, but I PROMISE not to activate it until we know what's what," replied Kimmel.

McNearney texted back, "How dare you" and promptly received a shirtless selfie on her husband — his Tinder "profile picture".
