Jennifer Aniston seemingly 'soft launches' new romance on Instagram with subtle summer post

Jennifer Aniston has had an amazing summer, judging by the snippet she shared with her fans online.

The 56-year-old shared a carousel of 18 photos on Instagram, including behind-the-scenes snaps from filming, some with celebrity friends Courteney Cox, Sandra Bullock, and Adam Sandler, and other outtakes of her life.

"Thank you summer," she captioned the post.

But it was the second to last picture that piqued the interest of most fans.

Nestled in between a photo of her dogs and a sunset was one of a silhouette of a man.

He was only seen from the back, but fans were quick to speculate that it was Jim Curtis, the man she has recently been linked to.

"Oh hello 17 pic," one fan teased. "You think we wouldn't notice photo number 17???" another joked.

"Whose shoulder are you peaking over at sunset eh?" said another.

One deemed it, "The soft launch."

"This made me sooo happy to see you happy and with these amazing people!!" one fan shared.

Aniston has been seen out and about with Curtis, an author and life coach, as of late, with People confirming that the pair were an item in July.

An insider told the outlet that the two are "casually dating and having fun," while another shared that they had been seeing each other for a few months after being introduced by a friend.

They have also been spotted on double dates in New York City and Los Angeles with Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka, and on another occasion Cox and her partner, Johnny McDaid.

This marks Aniston's first relationship since her split from husband Justin Theroux, whom she first began dating in 2011 and married in 2015.

They split in 2017, with Theroux going on to recently wed actress Nicole Bloom.

Before that she was famously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005.
