"I'm working hard everyday. But I have to admit, it's been a struggle.

"I miss it so much. The people, I miss them. If I can't run, I'll walk. If I can't walk, I'll crawl. I won't stop."

Along with a montage of archival footage of the singer on stage of the years, there's a snippet of a 911 emergency call.

It's not revealed what it is for.

"I've been diagnosed with a very rare neurological disorder and I wasn't ready to say anything before," Dion told the camera in one confessional moment before pausing to compose herself.

Dion first revealed her SPS diagnosis in December 2022 after postponing her European tour dates.

The neurological disorder creates spasms which affect a patient's ability to walk and use their vocal cords, which means Dion can't sing the way she used to - something she hints at in the opening voiceover of the trailer.

"My voice is the conductor of my life," Dion says.

"When your voice brings you joy, you're the best of yourself. I need my instrument."
