Hugh Grant reveals he misses the 'old days' of Hollywood when co-stars would 'get drunk and fall in love with eachother'
Hugh Grant is one of the few last bastions of "old school" Hollywood – and he really seems to miss it.
The Love Actually star spoke candidly about how films are made today, admitting it is a "weird" experience because nobody socialises or gets together anymore.
Grant made the comments during an interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he waxed lyrical about the "old days" of making movies.

"Films are so weird now," the 62-year-old actor told Colbert. "They are weird now because in the old days, by the end of the second week we're all getting drunk in the evening and falling in love with each other.
He added: "All of that stopped because of telephones. Everyone goes home and looks at Twitter. It's so sad."
Colbert joked that if telephones didn't exist, perhaps more co-stars would engage in on-set affairs, to which Grant agreed.

"I think so. You know Quentin Tarantino bans phones on set?" he said. "And quite right to… and the people there, they do all shag each other."
While Grant has enjoyed some memorable on-screen chemistry with his female co-stars in the past, it is not known if he has ever had a romantic relationship with one.
Grant appeared on Colbert's talk show to promote his new film, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.
The Notting Hill actor previously admitted to not exactly behaving too well on set while he was filming his latest project.

"I lost my temper with a woman in my eye line on day one," Grant told Total Film magazine.
"I assumed she was some executive from the studio who should have known better," Grant said.
"Then it turns out that she's an extremely nice local woman who was the chaperone of the young girl."
The British actor said his temper tantrum was "terrible" and revealed his outburst concluded with "a lot of grovelling" on his part.
