Frank Grillo confirms split from Nicky Whelan
Frank Grillo has confirmed he and Australian actress Nicky Whelan have called it quits.
The 56-year-old actor confirmed his single status to photographers after stepping out at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood earlier this week.
Grillo, who plays Brock Rumlow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, started dating Whelan, a former Neighbours star, during the pandemic last year.

The duo were first photographed together in July 2020 after leaving a restaurant in LA together.
Just Jared reports Grillo told a photographer who asked if he was still dating his Aussie girlfriend, "No, that's over. I'm single."
Grillo also joked he would not be rushing into using any dating apps, remarking, "No, no. I don't even know how to do that. I'm 100 years old. I'm a f---ing dinosaur."

Earlier this year in August, Whelan and Grillo announced they would be starring alongside each other in the film Hounds of War. It is unclear whether the film has begun shooting or not.
Whelan rose to fame as Peggy Steiger on Neighbours from 2006 to 2007. She went on to have a recurring role on Scrubs and House of Lies. She's also appeared in Hall Pass, The Wedding Ringer, and Left Behind.
