Swedish supermodel Elsa Hosk announces engagement to long-time partner Tom Daly

Swedish supermodel Elsa Hosk is engaged.

The former Victoria's Secret model announced her engagement to her long-time partner Tom Daly in an Instagram post.

Her partner set up a beautiful garden inside their new apartment to pop the question.

"I said yessss in a Swedish wildflower garden, in our new apartment in the city we met 10 years in – you and me baby," the caption of the post read.

She also flashed the absolute rock of a ring, which appears to be from Tiffany and Co, based on the Tiffany blue ring box pictured in the post.

The oval-shaped ring features a halo design and is estimated to be about 10 carats and worth between $US350,000 to $US500,000, according to Page Six.

At the very high end of the diamond scale, it could be worth anywhere between $US750,000 and $US1 million.

The post included pictures of an engagement cake and a video of the pair walking into a surprise engagement party with their loved ones.

Hosk is filmed looking shocked as she enters the restaurant, with confetti thrown over her and Daly.

She looked beautiful in a burgundy outfit.

The pair share one child together, four-year-old Tuulikki Joan.

The model has over 8 million followers on Instagram and has worked with brands like Dior, H&M, Guess, Balmain and of course, Victoria's Secret.

Daly runs District Vision, a company that sells running goggles and gear, which operates out of the US.

The brand's running glasses are listed as $US483 on the company's website.
