Demi Lovato reportedly dating and self-isolating with Young and the Restless star Max Ehrich

Demi Lovato is reportedly dating The Young and the Restless actor, Max Ehrich.

According to Us Weekly, the new couple "met a few weeks ago" prior to the coronavirus lockdowns in LA, and may be self-isolating together at the singer's LA home.

"When u realize u should've packed more for your quarantine stay. have a blessed Monday filled with health, happiness, safety, joy, love, & laughter," Ehrich captioned a shirtless photo on Instagram, to which Lovato replied, "Fine by me."

On March 25, the actor also shared an Instagram Story of himself cuddling up to his new girlfriend's dogs, Ella and Batman. And earlier this the month, Lovato also left a comment on an Instagram video of Ehrich singing Marios' 2004 song, 'Let Me Love You'.

The actor dedicated the song to "to my <3", and a delighted Lovato left a crying eyes and heart emoji to show her gratitude. 

News of Lovato's new romance comes months after she was rumoured to have been dating model Austin Wilson. The pair debuted their relationship on Instagram in November, both sharing a similar photo of each other kissing. 

"My [heart emoticon]," Lovato's caption read, with Wilson also writing, "My Love."

Both images were deleted after they split in December, just one month after going public with their relationship. According to E! News, the pair split because their "lifestyles were not meshing" and Lovato wanted to focus on her music. The star directly addressed the split on Instagram, asking fans not to troll her ex-boyfriend. 

"Please don't go after him. He's a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he's got a lot of tattoos," she wrote  at the time. "Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers."
