Delta Goodrem on maintaining her slim physique: 'I do have to work at it'

Delta Goodrem has admitted that her slender frame does not come naturally. In fact, she has to seriously work for it.
"I would love to have the fittest body at all times," The Voice coach told Who magazine. "But I've had moments where I've put on a few kilos, like any girl."
Delta, 30, added to the mag that she's most susceptible to weight gain when she's hibernating in the recording studio and not focusing on her diet and exercise regimen.
"That's when I realise I could work harder at this," she said. "I do have to work at it."
The star said she's been much stricter on herself recently in order to prepare mentally and physically for her upcoming role as Grizabella in the musical Cats.
"I feel most comfortable in my body now than I ever have," she said. "I feel sexier!"
You always looked great to us, Delta! But we've got to say, we're relieved you're only human.
