Hughesy reveals he wasn't invited to the Logies: 'I hosted it four times!'
Dave Hughes has revealed he was hilariously snubbed from the Logies despite having previously hosted the awards show.
This morning on The Fox's Fifi, Fev & Nick, Hughesy discussed Australian television's night of nights.
The conversation shifted to his notable absence, with the TV and radio star confessing he watched the Logies from the comfort of his couch this year.

Hughesy has played a huge role at the Logies, hosting the awards with Fifi Box in 2007 and giving the opening monologue from 2016 to 2019, but now it seems he isn't welcome.
"I've enjoyed doing the Logies in the past… and look, I wasn't invited on Sunday night. So, [I] was just at home, going…" he began, before Box interjected to add, "Oh, you were a brilliant host!"

Nick added, "I thought you would have been invited if you were a past host…"
Hughsey began to get heated, shouting, "I didn't get invited. Mate, I hosted it four times in a row, so no invite. (yelling) No invite! Not even an invite! The amount of losers in that room!

"The guy who's been hosting ... I presented for 20 years in a row and I didn't even get an invite!"
"Hughesy loses it! Mate, you've got no shows on TV, though; why would you get invited?" Fev rightly pointed out.
"Mate, I pop up on things. I. POP. UP. ON. THINGS!" Hughsey retorted with a laugh.

"That's the equivalent of 300 AFL games, I reckon… hosting four years in a row. You should have a special section; you should be looked after," Nick joked.
"I've never won a Logie. Never even been nominated! Handing them out year after year to dickheads! Talentless losers!" Hughesy replied.

Sensing things were starting to get heated, Fev joked: "We've broken him!"
Hughsey confessed it was all "just a bit of fun" and that he wasn't that upset.
