The fallout from the Coldplay 'kiss cam' scandal has taken a turn, with reports Kristin Cabot's husband was also at the concert on his own date.

Cabot, 53, was seen in the arms of her boss, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, 51, during the band's concert in Boston on July 16, when the pair were projected onto the jumbotron.

Both tried to duck and hide from view, creating the most viral moment in recent memory.

In the story that just keeps giving, a source close to Cabot now tells People magazine her husband, Andrew Cabot, was also at the concert on his own date.

She filed for divorce a month after the Coldplay video went viral, but the pair had already been separated before they attended the concert with different people.

"Kristin and Andrew had been living apart and one of the many misconceptions in the media is that [he] was in Japan and blindsided, when in fact he was at the Coldplay concert on a date," the source told the magazine.

Andrew Cabot is the CEO of rum distillery Privateer Rum.

He previously released a statement via a spokesperson saying he and his wife "were privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert."

"Their decision to divorce was already underway prior to that evening," the spokeswoman said at the time.

"Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they've always valued."

The footage of the Coldplay concert incident led to Cabot's resignation as Astronmer's chief people officer, and Byron's as the company's CEO.

After both leaders had resigned, the company released a statement of its own saying the pair did not meet the standards of conduct and accountability the business demanded.

Sources close to them have both tried to smooth over the backlash, insisting the pair were just friends and there was no affair going on.

Byron was also married, with reports his wife Megan Kerrigan filed for divorce following the video.
