People are freaking out over this ridiculously good looking Singaporean model's real age

There's something in the water in Singapore!

Model-turned-photographer Chuando Tan has the skin of a twenty-something -- and a body to match -- and his age is causing quite the stir on social media.

The prolific Instagrammer -- who shares his chiselled abs and youthful complexion with the world on the regular -- turned 50 earlier this year (insert shocked-face emoji here) and his 187K followers can't deal.

"THIS GUY IS FIFTY?????" one user commented in disbelief.

While another marveled: "I'm sorry, but you are insanely attractive, oh my."

And finally, "Let me carry your babies."

Turns out that Chuando -- affectionately known as "CD" to his mates -- was one of Singapore's most sought-after models in the late '80s and early '90s.

He even had a short-lived career as a Mandarin pop singer, before honing his skills behind the camera and reinventing himself as a celebrity photographer in 1996, reports The Straits Times.

So what's his secret?

According to CD, there's not much to it.

Basically, his boyish looks and ripped physique are down to regular exercise, avoiding bathing too early or late at night, and finally, spicy Hainanese chicken.

That's right, he consumes spicy Hainanese chicken breast -- a Singaporean staple, usually served with rice -- every single day. On top of that, he shuns late nights, enjoys swimming and religiously works out four times a week.

Sounds easy enough, huh?

Of course, there's no denying that CD got lucky in the gene pool. But hey, we'll take early nights and Hainanese chicken over strenuous skincare regimes any day.
